Wellhead Inc�s tubing rotator is a unique design.  The tubing mandrel is a two piece unit with bearings that allow the inner mandrel to rotate independent of the outer body.  This allows the tubing to be landed through the BOP into the tubing head in a safe manor.  After the BOP is removed the rotating flange is installed. The rotating flange is completely self-contained and does not require any field assembly. The equipment is easily installed without the aid of special service personnel.

Wellhead Inc�s Rotating Flange can be installed in new wells or or existing wells without removing the old tubing head.  The mandrel tubing hanger is a two piece unit that allows the internal tubing hanger to rotate inside the mandrel body. This tubing hanger rests on thrust bearings inside the mandrel body and is sealed from outside debris.  The tubing hanger assembly can landed through the BOP into the tubing head.  The rotating flange is completely self contained and fits easily over the extended neck.
